What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and carriers in a professional and timely manner
  • Place outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve outstanding issues
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer service notes in the CRM system
  • Process client requests and policy changes received via various communication methods
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to management

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service or call center experience required
  • Experience in the insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry preferred
  • Life & Health license (IL) preferred or ability to obtain
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude

  • Experience in the insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry
  • Life & Health license (IL) or willingness to obtain
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices
