What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist lower-level customer service staff with day-to-day requests
- Receive, address, and respond to general inquiries, requests for service/support, and complaints
- Research inquiries to resolve issues and communicate solutions to customers
- Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved grievances to leadership
- Adhere to university policies while handling confidential information with discretion
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work evening, night, and weekend shifts as necessary

- Relevant education, certifications, and/or additional work experience in customer service or healthcare
