What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Learn the product offering and effectively communicate its value to potential customers
  • Guide customers through the installation and training process to ensure successful adoption of the product
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives
  • Document, analyze, troubleshoot, and test software related to user specifications and technical issues
  • Provide live chat, email, and phone support, while tracking interactions and customer data

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be detail-oriented and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
  • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in software or technology
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical concepts and software functionalities
  • Proficiency in using ticketing tools and managing customer interactions

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in the golf industry or familiarity with golf facility operations
  • Knowledge of software testing and analysis techniques
  • Previous experience with remote customer training and support
