What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Reach out to body shops to confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain vehicle release authorization
• Communicate with vehicle owners to arrange for transport and assist with personal item removal
• Utilize the "DeCode This" tool to search VINs and gather necessary vehicle information
• Maintain accurate notes in the system about each vehicle and all interactions
• Meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls a day and processing 60+ live lots daily

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role
• High school diploma or GED
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work occasional overtime
