2. About the Opportunity:
The Service Desk Analyst I role is focused on delivering technical support to users, ensuring their hardware, software, and application issues are resolved efficiently. This position contributes to maintaining operational continuity and user satisfaction by troubleshooting problems and facilitating seamless IT service delivery.
3. Responsibilities:
• Respond to first and second level support inquiries and escalate more complex issues.
• Deliver effective customer service.
• Provide technical assistance for hardware and software problems.
• Support end users with internally utilized applications.
• Offer remote assistance via telephone.
• Use help desk software to document and track issues until resolution.
• Report support activity information to management.
• Troubleshoot complex software and hardware problems, offering solutions.
• Monitor and track corporate IT assets.
4. Requirements:
• Minimum two years of experience in help desk or PC support roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
• Effective interpersonal skills to interact at various organizational levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, Windows 10, phone systems, iPhones, PC imaging and deployment, and printers.
• A+ Certification preferred.
• Bachelor''s Degree preferred.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The anticipated pay range is $23.00 to $27.02 per hour, with final compensation based on experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
• Eligibility for short-term incentives, varying by individual and business goals.
