2. About the Opportunity:
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for fostering trusted advisor relationships with customers to ensure successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction of AI solutions within life sciences companies. This role leads implementation efforts, manages transitions from sales to delivery, and develops strategies that promote long-term customer retention and growth. By bridging customer needs with product and technology teams, this position plays a key role in enhancing the platform's effectiveness and expanding its impact in the life sciences sector.
3. Responsibilities:
- Support sales team during customer implementations by translating customer needs to Product and Technology teams
- Manage implementation project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support
- Provide regular insights on implementation trends, customer success metrics, and growth opportunities to senior management
- Develop and execute strategies for long-term customer satisfaction and retention
- Address complex technical challenges and improve customer operations continuously
- Develop and implement best practices for customer onboarding, support, and relationship management
- Collect and act on customer feedback to enhance platform features and services
- Identify and develop new opportunities to expand AI solutions in life sciences companies
- Collaborate with sales to design and present solutions for prospective customers
- Act as product evangelist and subject matter expert in customer and prospect meetings
4. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- 3+ years in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management) within B2B or SaaS environments
- Proven experience in project management and implementing complex technical solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience developing and implementing customer success strategies
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to keep pace with evolving technologies and industry trends
Preferred:
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Project Management certification
- AI or Machine Learning certifications
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
- Understanding of life sciences industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of AI applications in life sciences, particularly medical affairs
- Familiarity with data science concepts and their practical use
- Understanding of medical and scientific communication in pharma/biotech
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
