About the Role
The Client Liaison serves as a critical escalation point for employee benefit-related issues, working closely with client operations to ensure timely and effective resolution. This role supports key benefit events such as Annual Enrollment and fosters strong relationships with both internal teams and client stakeholders. The position is integral to maintaining seamless communication and delivering a high level of service, impacting the overall client experience and success in benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for escalated employee benefit inquiries
- Work within client systems including case management platforms, Slack, and email
- Support Annual Enrollment activities, including providing assistance at the executive level
- Present quarterly Service Level Agreement metrics to client stakeholders
- Maintain consistent presence across internal and client teams for issue resolution
- Build and manage relationships with client contacts in compliance, HSA, and vendorroles
- Collaborate with internal experts to resolve system-related issues
- Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with senior leaders or executives
Qualifications
- Experience in client services, benefits administration, or employee support
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professionalism and polish, particularly with executive stakeholders
- Ability to navigate client-specific systems and tools
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external partners
- Ability to anticipate needs and promptly follow up on escalated items
Pay range and compensation package $75,000 — $90,000 USD annually (base salary, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses). Final compensation will be based on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and internal pay equity considerations.
