Propensity is the only account-based marketing (ABM) platform designed for B2B Growth Teams. We support B2B companies looking to grow with intent-driven ABM outreach and who have been looking for a cost-effective way to target high-intent audiences within their niche.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for net new opportunities
  • Execute outbound campaigns consisting of cold calls, emails, and social networks
  • Write and optimize emails, call scripts, and messages
  • Employ good follow-up and management practices to provide exceptional prospect service
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Develop and maintain product and ABM knowledge
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospects and Account Executives
  • Report to your Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in outbound sales
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with omnichannel outbound sales that will support our ABM strategies.
  • Proficiency in basic sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Linkedin, Sales Navigator)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds, at all levels
  • High level of time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling ABM or Intent Data solutions
  • A willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly
  • Reliability and repeatability around hitting your weekly and monthly goals
