About the Role
Our client is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist (English-Spanish) to join their dynamic team. In this remote, full-time role, you will play a critical part in supporting new and existing clients using their world-class Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution designed for cash processing and transportation.
You’ll work directly with clients across various regions, guiding them through the onboarding process, offering training, and ensuring optimal usage of the software. If you’re passionate about problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and provide training on system features and functionality
- Demonstrate how to maximize the use of our client’s SaaS platform
- Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Provide proactive support and maintain high client satisfaction
- Assist in testing new software features and updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and provide product feedback
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in cash processing or cash-in-transit industries (preferred)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
