We are seeking an experienced and motivated Equipment Trade Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing financing solutions for equipment trading transactions. You will work closely with lending institutions, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and successful financing processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Customers in obtaining financing for equipment purchases
  • Manage process from customer application, lending options, approval, cash receipt
  • Evaluate and analyze customer needs and financial statements to determine appropriate financing options.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financing partners.
  • Assist in origination, negotiation and documentation of equipment finance products and services
  • Collaborate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Manage the documentation and compliance processes for financing agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales team
  • Monitor and manage the performance of financed equipment portfolios.
  • Ensure, develop and maintain compliant “Know Your Customer” process
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the financing process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting equipment trade finance.

Qualifications

  • Relevant background in Finance/Banking/Business roles, understanding of machine sales and equipment finance, including knowledge financial regulations and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field desired.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment trade finance or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit assessment.
