What this job really is

This isn’t generic “admin stuff.” You’ll be part of a team that:

• Manages and updates client files and records accurately

• Keeps client accounts moving and up to date

• Processes new business, transfers and servicing requests promptly

• Handles everyday client communication and touch-points

• Supports advisers by reducing routine workload pressure

• Helps make sure annual reviews, updates and enquiries are dealt with smoothly

(We act as an extension of adviser teams, freeing them up to focus on what they do best.)
