We are seeking U.S.-based call center agents to support patient outreach and screening efforts for ongoing clinical programs. This is an urgent need with immediate start dates and the opportunity to scale as study demand increases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential patients for clinical trial recruitment
• Perform pre-screening based on study criteria
• Schedule qualified patients for next steps in the process
• Accurately document call outcomes and patient information
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when speaking with patients

Qualifications

• Prior call center or patient outreach experience required
• Background in healthcare, clinical research, or patient engagement preferred
• Experience with clinical trial recruitment is a strong plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly ramp up in a fast-paced environment
