Senior Account Executive (Founding Sales Hire)Compliance SaaS | Remote, Australia | $160k base / $320k OTE + super

This is the founding sales hire for a RegTech SaaS platform that’s just landed in Australia - and they’re ready to scale.

You’ll be taking an end-to-end Compliance and Workforce Management solution to market, selling into Mid-Market and Enterprise across industries like Aged Care, Government, and Mining. Deal values range from $100k-$1M, and you’ll be working directly with C-level stakeholders.

It’s the kind of role many SaaS sellers look for:

• Early-stage, but backed by a global tech group
• Full GTM ownership in ANZ
• Support from presales, marketing, and an inbound lead engine
• A warm customer base via sister companies - not just cold outbound

You’ll have the autonomy of a startup with the safety net of a major business behind you.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven SaaS seller in either Mid-Market or Enterprise
• Strong track record of new logo wins and driving outcomes independently
• Startup or early-stage experience, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and build from the ground up
• Someone who treats the territory like their own business - proactive, resourceful, and not reliant on being handed leads

Nice to haves:

• Background in Compliance, Workforce Management, or RegTech (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with aged care, government, or regulated industries
• Regulatory experience (ASIC, APRA, GDPR, etc.)

This is a fully remote role based anywhere in Australia.
