What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Work directly with clients at national, state, and local associations to create Calls For Action (CFAs), target lists, and mass emails
• Contact legislative offices to verify district mapping and shapefiles
• Track and report metrics such as open rates, click-throughs, and participation rates
• Manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support advocacy efforts

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communications, Public Affairs, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in advocacy, public affairs, policy, or a related area
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of the political process and experience engaging with various stakeholders

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Microsoft Teams
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
