💡 The Role

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic partner to enterprise retail & eCommerce clients.

You won’t just manage accounts, you’ll shape how major retailers grow their digital revenue, optimise supply chains, and deliver seamless customer experiences across marketplaces, dropship, and omnichannel operations.

You’ll work directly with retail and eCommerce leaders, helping them:

  • Scale marketplace & dropship programmes
  • Optimise supplier networks and product availability
  • Improve fulfilment, delivery, and returns
  • Drive GMV growth and operational efficiency
  • Deliver better end-customer experiences

From global retailers to high-growth digital brands, you’ll be at the centre of complex, high-value commerce ecosystems.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior retail & eCommerce stakeholders
  • Lead strategic reviews, showcasing ROI and identifying growth opportunities
  • Drive account expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and innovation
  • Turn data insights into commercial action
  • Champion best practices across marketplaces, dropship, and digital commerce
  • Act as the go-to expert for retail and eCommerce success

What You Bring

  • Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Sales
  • Strong exposure to retail, eCommerce, or marketplace environments
  • Commercial mindset with proven revenue growth & retention success
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders in fast-paced retail businesses
  • A passion for solving complex challenges in modern commerce ecosystems
