My client, a leading online property and land planning company is seeking a solution focused customer service advisor to join their team on a remote basis. The company provides swift online services to their clients who are seeking planning permission for home extensions or out-house buildings. The company offers both building drawings, surveys and support through the complex planning permission process, ensuring their clients obtain the approvals they need with minimal disruptions to their daily lives.
As a customer service advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients who are following up on their current applications, facing technical issues or any other issue, you'll assist them with their queries and questions, offering valuable solutions that resolve their problem in a timely and professional manner.
**THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE, YOU MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN THE UK AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE**Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' previous experience as a customer service advisor in a fast paced environment where you have focused on solutions for clients.
- Formal training or education in customer service, business or related field is highly desirable.
- Previous experience using and populating a CRM system is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communcation skills with excellent English lagnuage and literacy abilities.
- Excellent time keeping skills, able to manage and prioritise own work-load.
- Previous experience with Hubspot and Zendesk are highly desirable.
- Certification in Hubspot or Zendesk are highly desirable.
- Understanding of payment gateways such as Stripe is essential.
- Strong technical skills, experienced with Gmail and other google products and Microsoft office.
- Previous experience using an online phone system to make and recieve calls is essential.
The role & what you'll do:
- Provide 1st line support to customers who are calling with queries.
- Call back customers to update them on their question or query.
- Provide customers with solutions focused customer service.
- Take incoming calls, be the first point of call for all persons contacting the business,
- Process payments from customers over the phone ensuring confidentiality and security at all times.
- Update the company CRM system with updated customer information and contact details when needed.
- Liaise with the planning office in the customers local area to determine time frames and if any further information or documents are required.
- Keep track of customer queries using the online CRM system, ensuring that all issues are attended to and resolved in a timely manner and updated on the system.
