We’re looking for a tech-savvy, personable, and solutions-focused Customer Account Manager to join our growing remote team.
In this role, you’ll be on the frontlines - providing inbound support to customers through phone, email, and live chat. You’ll serve as both a guide and problem-solver, assisting with account setup, billing inquiries, and maintenance while creating a seamless and professional experience for every customer interaction.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer communications (calls, emails, live chat)
- Support customers through account onboarding, billing setup, and day-to-day troubleshooting
- Resolve customer issues with care, clarity, and efficiency—delivering real solutions, not just scripted responses
- Maintain detailed customer records and communication logs in HubSpot CRM
- Assist with payroll-related support and coordinate resolutions with internal departments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate the customer experience and improve internal processes
- Stay up to date on tools, product updates, and support best practices to continuously improve service delivery
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support, client success, or account management role (remote experience is a bonus)
- Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM (or similar tools), Microsoft Office Suite, and payroll-related platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’re clear, articulate, and confident
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot tech-related challenges with ease
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and patience in every interaction
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the discipline to thrive in a fully remote environment
