As the Immigration Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on complex immigration matters for the firm's global clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective immigration strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the UK, Ireland or Europe. You’ll have the flexibility to choose from core working hours of 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm, or 9am- 6pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end immigration processes for clients, including case preparation, submission and follow-up
- Provide expert advice on immigration policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external authorities to ensure timely and successful immigration outcomes
- Monitor changes in immigration regulations and proactively update clients and internal teams
- Develop and deliver training sessions on immigration best practices and compliance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all immigration cases
- Build strong relationships with clients, government authorities, and industry partners
Who They’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, international relations, or business
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration management, preferably within a professional services environment
- In-depth knowledge of UK and global immigration regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and immigration case management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
