Commission Structure
- 12% on gross margin profit on deals over £1m
- 8% on gross margin profit on deals between £500k - £1m
- 6% on gross margin profit on deals between £250k - £500k
- The companies average gross margin on total order value is 30%-40%
The Role: Electronics SCaaS Sales Manager
As a Electronics SCaaS Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth, forging partnerships, and expanding our presence in the electronics supply chain sector. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored supply chain solutions that make a measurable difference for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development plans alongside the Sales Director to expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new markets, opportunities, and partnerships that drive growth.
- Generate order intake from new clients and new projects within existing accounts.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding requirements and proposing the right supply chain solutions.
- Promote our full SCaaS offering: supplier relationship management, strategic procurement, demand planning, inventory reduction, kitting & distribution, Kanban, consignment agreements, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing, internal sales, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs.
- Review performance against targets, analyse trends, and build effective pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate customer data and activity records in the CRM system.
- Create and manage your own pipeline—proactively opening doors and driving new business.
Key Experience
- Must come from an Electronics background and have worked in a Sales environment
- Willingness to travel 75%+ to engage with new and existing customers
- A motivated self-starter with the drive to close deals and win new business
- Enthusiastic, energetic and hungry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
