What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with problem resolution
- Provide tech support and customer service through various communication channels (chat, email, MS Teams)
- Collaborate with back-office teams to manage escalations and provide effective solutions
- Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and other platforms while developing technical skills
- Participate in mentorship opportunities and learn about various job roles within the organization
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- Must have AZ DMV experience
- 1+ years of help desk support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer support and active listening abilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- Previous help desk or customer support experience
- Proven ability to adapt communication approaches to meet customer needs
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel
