Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Construction Research & Cold Outreach)

About The Role We are a growing U.S.-based construction company looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who has experience in the construction industry, is highly organized, has excellent English communication skills, and enjoys research and outreach. We're looking for someone who can quickly learn, follow instructions, and work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities Research cities, schools, municipalities, businesses, and potential project opportunities. Locate and gather construction plans, site plans, bid opportunities, permits, and public project information. Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. Assist with organizing and preparing construction plans and related documentation. Conduct cold outreach via email , phone, and other communication channels. Build and maintain prospect lists and databases. Update Google Sheets, CRM systems, and internal trackers. Perform data entry and administrative support tasks. Complete other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience working in the construction industry is required. Must be highly skilled at reading construction plans/blueprints or have experience assisting in the preparation and organization of construction plans. Excellent spoken and written English. Strong internet research and problem-solving skills. Experience with cold outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting is preferred. Proficient with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail). Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Coachable, dependable, and eager to learn. Stable, high-speed internet connection. Quiet workspace and reliable computer.
