We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a strong focus on PPC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in paid search and paid social campaigns, with a solid understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape. This role demands a client-focused mindset, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.

You will be comfortable talking to and advising clients while using data to back up your recommendations, choosing the right medium to communicate your ideas. From Excel to PowerPoint, you will be confident in using these tools to best effect. You will view servicing a portfolio of clients (in a variety of industries) as an exciting challenge. Your strategies will be measured in terms of ROI and delivered against your client’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide digital strategy advice to clients
- Client account management
- Stay up to date with strategy development, digital advertising trends, and platform changes
- Plan, build, and implement PPC strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Plan, build, and implement Paid Social campaigns across Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and bid strategies
- Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, CPA, and lead quality
- Track and report on performance metrics, using data to inform client recommendations
- Monitor and report on project status and budget whilst keeping scope and timelines in check
- Translate requirements into tasks and deliverables
- Monitor and manage projects and priorities
- Proactively develop relationships with prospective businesses
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships
- Manage and qualify leads to maximise conversion into opportunities
- Pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction
Ideal Attributes
We are looking for somebody with drive and passion and the ability to work as part of a diverse team. An individual with experience and expertise and commercial acumen in PPC, Paid Social, and digital advertising strategy. Finally, one of your greatest strengths is your ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment thanks to your keen attention to detail and organisation skills.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on PPC implementation experience
- 2+ years of agency experience in a client-facing role
- 2+ years of experience independently managing client strategy and campaign delivery
- 1+ year of experience managing Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and campaign structure best practices
- Proficient with Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor
- Confident in reporting and analysis using Databox or other reporting platforms (e.g. Looker Studio, Google Sheets Dashboards)
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and tracking performance
- A confident communicator at all levels
- Good numeracy skills
- Commercial awareness
- Experience in digital technologies and tactics
- Ability to learn our products and demonstrate them to clients
Desirable
- Clear track record of achieving targets in a commercial/client-facing or sales environment
- Bachelor’s degree or Digital Marketing Qualification
- Google Ads and Meta Ads Certifications
- Experience with Microsoft Shopping campaigns or feed management tools
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot

Salary £28,000 - £33,000 + commissions and bonuses
