Role Description

As an IT Sourcing Analyst, you will partner with Gray Wolf account managers and clients to perform IT price benchmarking and provide negotiation support to secure improved pricing and contract terms. The role involves direct client interaction, with progression to managing client accounts and negotiating with vendors on their behalf.

Responsibilities

• Perform price benchmark analysis on client IT transactions
• Provide negotiation support to clients as part of the review process
• Interface with internal resources on strategy and best negotiation practices
• Prepare written reports that summarize analysis and recommendations
• Enter data into CRM/Document management system
• Meet with clients via video calls to summarize provided analysis and strategize
• Model deep comparative analysis using tools like Excel

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain Supplier relationships
• Relevant experience in the IT sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
