Digital Operations & Growth Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

We’re Not Just a Patch, a global ecommerce brand in the diabetes health space. We sell CGM patches and other innovative products to customers worldwide. We’re looking for a part-time digital operations and growth partner who can jump in and help us scale efficiently.

We’re looking for a Digital Ops & Growth Manager to join us part-time and help lead the backend magic that keeps the brand growing smoothly. You’ll wear multiple hats—tech, marketing, logistics, and project management—and you’ll be a crucial part of our next growth phase.

You’ll need:

• Experience managing a WooCommerce site (or similar ecommerce platform)

• Familiarity with inventory and fulfillment systems

• Confidence coordinating global shipping and 3PLs

• Digital marketing chops (email, SEO, funnels, customer retention)

• A natural ability to push projects forward and manage collaborators

• A curious, proactive mindset

• Bonus: You live with or care deeply about diabetes
