Customer Solutions Architect

We’re looking for a Customer Solutions Architect to work with some of the world’s most innovative engineering teams. You’ll design solutions, guide technical adoption, and act as the bridge between our product and the customer’s architecture.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect customer solutions: Design and recommend scalable, secure solutions that integrate our platform into customer workflows.
  • Lead technical discovery: Understand customer environments, pain points, and goals — then translate them into actionable solution designs.
  • Be the trusted technical advisor: Engage with developers, architects, and security teams to guide best practices.
  • Support implementation: Partner with customer teams through onboarding, proof-of-concepts, and rollouts to ensure technical success.
  • Drive adoption: Demonstrate value, influence technical decision-making, and accelerate time-to-value for customers.
  • Collaborate with product & engineering: Share field insights to influence the roadmap and help shape how we solve customer problems.
  • Champion developer productivity: Promote platform engineering and workflow improvements to deliver measurable impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role, ideally as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Experience in developer tooling, platform engineering, or cloud-native technologies.
  • Proven success working with enterprise or Fortune 500 customers to solve technical challenges.
  • Ability to engage technical stakeholders — Developers, Architects, Security — and win trust quickly.
  • Strong technical foundation — Computer Science degree (or equivalent experience) plus hands-on knowledge of:
  • Development environments, CI/CD, containerization, and automation.
  • SDLC frameworks and tools (SCM, IDEs, databases, infrastructure).
  • Cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP also great).
  • Platform engineering practices and developer productivity tooling.
  • Startup experience is a big plus — you know how to operate with agility and autonomy.
  • Familiarity with tools like Pylon, Linear, SFDC, Gong is a nice bonus.
