24/7 SOC Analyst

Nigel Frank is hiring on behalf of a Microsoft Gold Partner, a security consultancy that are looking to add to their SOC team.

In this role, you will provide security event monitoring and incident response for their customer base.

Our client is a Microsoft Gold Partner, so they invest heavily into your growth and development, including multiple Microsoft certifications!

Please note: this fully remote position operates to a 24/7 shift pattern.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Incident responses for customers/clients
  • Give triage and trigger escalation/assignment as appropriate
  • Look into event alerts, and work with the customers on this
  • Working on a 24/7 shift rota, doing 8 hour shifts (35 hours a week, 7 days on 4 off)

You will need experience with:

  • The Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
  • The Microsoft Intune Admin Centre
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Microsoft Defender
  • Microsoft Azure exposure
  • Email Phishing experience

This is a fully remote role, offering a salary of £35,000.
