Hours: Flexible – part-time (minimum 40 hours/month) with potential to grow into full-time

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur working across multiple ventures in social media, sport, and digital marketing. This is a varied role blending classic EA responsibilities with light bookkeeping and business support (approx. 15% of the role).
You’ll be at the centre of a fast-paced environment that regularly interacts with high-profile individuals and global brands. This role is ideal for someone forward-thinking, commercially minded, and excited by variety. It will start part-time but can grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
• Manage multiple inboxes; design and implement better email/inbox systems.
• Coordinate diary management, meetings, and scheduling.
• Arrange national and international travel, logistics, and accommodation.
• Support with pitch decks, presentations, and key documents.
• Assist with personal admin and household logistics.
Business & Communication
• Act as first point of contact with staff, partners, and customers.
• Draft and manage correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
• Support business operations and ad hoc projects as needed.
Finance (approx. 15% of role)
• Manage accounts payable and expense tracking.
• Process invoices and payments using QuickBooks (required).
• Support with reconciliations and light bookkeeping tasks.

Skills & Experience
• 3–5+ years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a business owner or entrepreneur.
• QuickBooks proficiency is required.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM (or willingness to learn) is desirable.
• Strong organisational and diary management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and highly professional.
• Proactive and forward-thinking; able to anticipate needs.
• Presentable, commercially minded, and confident engaging with clients/staff.
• Bonus: background in social media, digital marketing, or content-led businesses.
