As a Customer Care Agent on the Junk King team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Customer Issue Resolution: Resolve escalated customer concerns regarding property damage, pricing, delivery, and other issues.
  • Franchise Support: Provide comprehensive support to franchisees, including schedule management, call recording review, and general inquiries.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze customer interaction trends to identify opportunities for streamlining processes and enhancing customer experience.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and timely zip code information within company systems.
  • Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and SMS.
  • Email Management: Efficiently manage the Call Center email inbox, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with Call Center departments via Teams chat.
  • Customer Advocacy: Champion the customer experience and continuously seek improvements.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales team as needed.

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

  • Detail-Orient Record Keeping
  • Sense of humor
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Schedule / in-office requirements: This is a fully remote position.
  • Equipment: Must provide your own personal computer and hardwire internet connection (no Macs).

Bring your goals and be enabled to reach them.

  • Commission Eligibility: you will earn $1.50 per booking which will be divided equally by the number of employees in the department. Eligible for potential monthly bonuses.
  • Schedule: This role follows a standard schedule of [8 hours a day, 5 days a week] from Monday through Sunday. Must have flexibility to work evenings and on Sundays.
