This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel and customer service, eager to assist Dutch-speaking customers in managing their bookings and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to online bookings, cancellations, modifications, and payments via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch
• Provide detailed information on available services, booking policies, and travel options
• Assist customers in resolving booking issues and address concerns promptly and professionally
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
• Stay updated on company policies, booking platform features, and travel industry trends

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or online booking industry
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and handle inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
