Role Name: L1 IT Service Desk Support Engineer with German speaker
Location: Warsaw, Poland- Remote working
Language: German C1/C2 needed
Must Have Skills
• 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in an IT Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support, or Desktop Support environment
• Working knowledge of Active Directory for core user account management (password resets, account unlocks, and basic access/group validations)
• Solid technical understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 suite, VPN connectivity, endpoint peripherals, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting
• Practical experience operating within ITSM ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent platforms)
• Basic understanding of ITIL principles, including incident management, service request fulfillment, SLA tracking, and ticket escalation workflows
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear user updates, ticket documentation, and shift handover notes
• Willingness and flexibility to work in 24x7 rotational shift models (including weekend and holiday support as required)
