Mosaic Conseil is currently engaged in a project with a partner who stands as a leading Spanish telecommunications provider. This collaboration involves rebuilding the analytical frameworks that govern their internal process logic. To support this work, we are looking for an RPA Support Specialist to join our small, remote team. This role is focused on the maintenance and observation of automated workflows that process large volumes of business data for our client.
About Mosaic Conseil
Mosaic Conseil is a boutique remote consultancy. We do not operate as a traditional agency, and we do not produce slide decks or standing retainers. Instead, we function as a workshop where business artifacts (such as financial models, pricing grids, and process maps) are taken apart on the bench and put back together based on the evidence of the invoice ledger. Every project we undertake is personal and focused. We remain small by choice to ensure that the people who build the files are the same people who answer the phone when questions arise. Our work is handled on paper and backed by written arguments. By staying small and fully remote, we maintain the independence required to challenge assumptions and ensure that every file we close is supported by hard data.
What you would do
As an RPA Support Specialist, your primary focus is the health and reliability of automated processes. Working within our telecom project, you will monitor active bots and scripts that handle data extraction and entry. When an automated task fails or produces an error in the ledger, you will be the first to investigate the cause. You will document these incidents clearly in writing, explaining the logic of the failure and proposing a specific fix. In our workshop model, you will spend your time auditing execution logs and ensuring that the data flowing from the Spanish telecommunications partner into our models remains clean and consistent. You will also participate in the rebuilding of these processes when the underlying business rules change, moving away from fragile setups toward more stable, evidence-based automation.
Helpful background
This is an entry level position. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate high intellectual curiosity and a disciplined approach to problem solving. You should have a basic understanding of logical structures, such as if-then statements and loops, which you may have gained through university projects or personal study. Familiarity with any automation tool or a basic knowledge of scripting languages like Python or SQL is helpful, but not required if you can demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning technical systems. Because we rely heavily on written arguments rather than verbal meetings, you must be able to write clearly and precisely in English. A background in business administration, computer science, or data analysis can provide a useful foundation for the tasks you will handle here.
How we work
We operate on a builder and challenger model. For every automation script or diagnostic report you produce, another member of the team will act as the challenger. They will argue against your logic and look for flaws in your assumptions. This process ensures that we only deliver work that has been thoroughly tested. We value deep work and quiet focus. There are no unscheduled meetings and no corporate theater. Since we are a fully remote organization, you will have the autonomy to manage your own workspace and schedule, provided the work meets our standards for precision. We do not use internal messaging for everything: we prefer long form writing and clear, structured communication.
What the role offers
This is a permanent, full-time position that is entirely remote. You will have the opportunity to learn the intricacies of high-level business analysis and robotic process automation within a focused, professional environment. The role is paid, and the compensation is competitive for the entry level market. By joining a boutique firm, you avoid the layers of management found in larger corporations and work directly on the artifacts that drive business decisions. You will be given the time and space to do your work correctly, with an emphasis on quality over speed. This environment is designed for those who enjoy technical challenges and prefer to see their work produce tangible, accurate results in a ledger rather than abstract concepts on a slide.
Working at Mosaic Conseil requires a commitment to intellectual honesty. We do not hide behind jargon or complex diagrams. We identify how a business actually functions by looking at the evidence and the code that moves its data. For a junior professional, this provides a rare chance to develop a foundational understanding of business logic while mastering the tools of automation. We expect our team to be as rigorous with their own work as they are with the files our clients send us for repair.
