About MoreGoodDays

MoreGoodDays is an Australian digital health company delivering programs for people living with chronic pain. Our back pain program is fully funded for eligible Bupa members, with more insurers coming online soon. Our programs are developed with leading Australian researchers and clinicians. We're a core team of about 25, working alongside a wider network of clinicians.

About the role

Many of the people you'll speak with are dealing with complex, long-term health situations. Your job is to make that first conversation easy. You'll explain how the program works, check eligibility, answer questions and book their first appointments. Warmth, clarity and good judgement matter as much as efficiency.

You'll have training, call guides and clear processes to support you, but no script covers every call. You'll need to be comfortable leading a structured conversation and thinking on your feet when it goes somewhere unexpected.

What you'll need

  • Based in Australia, with the right to work here
  • Excellent spoken English: clear, confident and easy for callers to understand
  • Comfortable on the phone for long stretches
  • A quiet, private space for confidential calls, and fast, reliable internet
  • Confident with technology and quick to pick up new systems

Bonus if you've worked in customer service, a call centre, or a health or allied health setting.

The details

  • Fully remote
  • Ongoing, minimum 20 hours per week
  • Training and support provided
