About the Role

We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and creative Account Coordinator to join our Partnerships Team. This individual should be a hard working self-starter with an interest in affiliate marketing and ecommerce who is comfortable working on multiple initiatives at once.  

The Account Coordinator will assist our Partnerships Team in delivering exceptional service to our 950+ and growing retail/brand partners. This includes onboarding, scheduling placements, and cultivating strong relationships with our existing partners.

This individual should be extremely organized, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and experience with data analysis. Additionally, the Account Coordinator will work cross functionally with various internal teams and should be confident communicating professionally and meeting strict deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impactful contribution within a growing organization.

What You’ll Do_Responsible for:_

  • Provide exceptional service to existing partners, developing relationships and communicating proactively
  • Support management of partner contracts, project scheduling and partner driven editorial launches
  • Partner with internal and external teams to identify and resolve product feed related issues 
  • Identify opportunities to maximize partner revenue generation and user experience
  • Quickly adapt in an ever-growing business

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 - 3 years of marketing, business development or account management experience
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability to efficiently analyze a variety of issues/problems, ranging from simple to very complex, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and work in a very fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexibly and effectively both independently and in-team environment
  • Interest and understanding of the affiliate, fashion and/or tech space
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce

Bonus Points

  • Aptitude for collecting and interpreting analytics, with desire to learn new techniques and tools
  • Experience with affiliate network platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with SQL
  • Bilingual (English and Chinese)
