About The Position We are looking for Sales Assistant for a part-time role (5-10 hours per week) to support our sales team in driving growth by managing B2B orders.   • End-to-end order management:
  • Process and track sales orders from initial receipt to fulfillment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients regarding order status.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve shipping or delivery issues.
  • Create invoices and track payments.
  • Assistance with client onboarding:
  • Technical support
  • Fulfilment of client requests

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales support, administrative roles, or order management.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and invoicing tools (e.g., Quickbooks)
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English.
  • Availability to process orders within 24 hours
