Mercier Consultancy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team within the Healthcare industry. In this important role, you will provide critical support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to healthcare services and ensuring they receive the care and information they need. Your fluency in Spanish will be pivotal in effectively communicating healthcare information, addressing patient questions, and resolving issues. You will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering high-quality service and improving the healthcare experience for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding healthcare inquiries
  • Assist clients with navigating healthcare services, understanding benefits, and appointment scheduling
  • Resolve patient concerns and issues efficiently and empathetically
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate information is provided to clients
  • Gather feedback from customers to contribute to improving our healthcare services
  • Stay informed on healthcare policies, services, and trends to provide knowledgeable assistance

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong empathy towards patients
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare sector, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely resolutions
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Genuine passion for healthcare and a willingness to assist others
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
