Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for healthcare professionals, clients, and internal teams. You’ll ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, care, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from healthcare professionals and clients
- Assist with inquiries related to assignments, pay, benefits, and travel logistics
- Provide timely and accurate information, escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with recruiters and internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of customer service or administrative support experience (healthcare industry a plus)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools
- A team player with a positive, solution-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
