As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and empathetic Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our support team.

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for healthcare professionals, clients, and internal teams. You’ll ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, care, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from healthcare professionals and clients
  • Assist with inquiries related to assignments, pay, benefits, and travel logistics
  • Provide timely and accurate information, escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with recruiters and internal departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of customer service or administrative support experience (healthcare industry a plus)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools
  • A team player with a positive, solution-focused mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
