Customer Service Representative

At MatchMusic, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with a real passion for music and proven experience in the industry. You’ll be the first point of contact for our artists and partners, ensuring they receive clear, professional, and friendly support throughout their experience with MatchMusic.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer support through email, chat, and social platforms.
• Assist artists and clients with music distribution, playlist promotion, and account management.
• Solve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
• Collect feedback from users to help improve our products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible client experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrable experience in the music industry (e.g., labels, distributors, music marketing, or artist services).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help artists succeed.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Spotify for Artists, SoundCloud, or YouTube Music.
• Knowledge of music distribution and digital promotion processes.
