The PositionThis role is well suited to experienced professionals who are confident building relationships, communicating with people and creating positive customer experiences.
As a Business Development Consultant, you'll introduce prospective clients across the UK to our education programs through a structured, consultative process. You'll follow established systems, receive ongoing training and use proven digital tools to support your day-to-day activities.
This is a fully remote, performance-based role offering flexibility, structured onboarding and ongoing professional development.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct structured discovery conversations by phone and video.
- Introduce prospective clients to our education programs.
- Follow an established qualification and onboarding process.
- Use established systems, digital tools and structured processes to manage client interactions and support prospective clients through the qualification process.
- Manage follow-up activities using provided systems and tools.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Work independently while collaborating with a wider remote support team.
Skills & Experience
You'll be a strong fit if you have:
- At least 5 years of customer-facing experience.
- A background in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, tourism, events, customer service, sales, consulting, account management, client relationship management or another client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commercially minded, self-directed approach with strong personal accountability.
- Confidence working independently without close supervision.
- An interest in education or professional learning.
- A willingness to learn new skills and follow established processes.
