About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our Outfitter Success team. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our outfitters, ensuring smooth onboarding, strong engagement, and consistent growth through the Mallard Bay platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage consistent communication with assigned accounts via CRM.
- Onboard and coach new outfitters to Mallard Bay.
- Proactively follow up with accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Identify and execute on opportunities for service upsells and plan upgrades.
- Track package/pricing updates, seasonal patterns, and booking windows.
- Support launch plans and attend conventions as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in account management, sales, and/or business development.
- Organized, detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Passion for the outdoors (hunting, fishing, guiding preferred).
- Willingness to travel and occasionally work weekends during trade show season.

Work Location & Compensation Plan
- This is a remote/work-from-home opportunity with the ability to work from our headquarters in Houston if you live in or are visiting the area..
- Account Managers at Mallard Bay earn a base salary plus uncapped commission potential. On-target-earnings are between $50,000 and $60,000, depending on tenure and performance.
