Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B cold calls in German;
  • Work with IT and SaaS companies;
  • Identify client needs and qualify opportunities;
  • Schedule meetings for our clients’ sales teams;
  • Update CRM systems and report daily results;
  • Collaborate closely with your campaign manager and fellow SDRs.

Requirements

  • Strong German/English communication skills;
  • Confidence speaking on the phone and building rapport;
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required — full training provided;
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented;
  • Ability to work remotely and full-time;
  • Legal ability to work as an independent contractor / freelancer.
