About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Business & Product Analyst to support multiple teams during parental leave coverage. This is a dynamic opportunity to rotate across business units every six months, contributing to customer-focused insights and product performance strategies.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in business analytics or data engineering, who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and enjoys solving complex business problems through data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-impact insights using SQL as your primary tool
• Collaborate with product and business teams to improve customer experience
• Rotate across teams every 6 months, adapting quickly to new contexts
• Communicate findings clearly and proactively in a remote-first setting
• Support dashboarding and reporting using tools like Tableau or DatabricksWhat You’ll Bring:

• Expert-level SQL skills – this is essential
• Strong business acumen and experience in product or business analytics
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with Python, R, Tableau, or Databricks (nice to have)
• Experience in cloud migration (beneficial but not required)
• A customer-first mindset with a holistic view of product ecosystems
