Customer Service Representative German Market (Remote, Greece)

Location: Remote (anywhere in Greece) Start Date: 02 October 2025 (multiple dates) Contract: Full-time Schedule: Mon-Sun, 09:00-18:00 (rotating shifts) About the Role: Join our team as a German-speaking Customer Service Representative! Youll be the first point of contact for customers, solving issues with professionalism and representing a leading global brand. Fully paid training (15 working days) will be provided remotely. Requirements:

• German C2/native + English B2+
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Technical ability to handle inquiries efficiently
• Independent, reliable, comfortable working from home
