These positions will be part of class with a start date of 12/17 . Also, these positions would be full-time REMOTE where our client will provide all the equipment. Qualifications

  • High speed internet connection
  • 1-2 years of call center/customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Description As a Service Intake Liaison, you will act as the critical link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of service needs. You will serve as the subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter for customers experiencing issues, while coordinating with technical teams to deliver timely solutions. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage high-volume inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Hours 40-hour work week, 8-hour shift between 7:00am-6:30PM EST Monday-Friday Pay $18.50/hour These positions will be filled quickly. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
