Barrington James is looking for two Call Center Representatives to join a client of ours Medical Information Call Center. We are looking for both a junior level and senior level candidate. This is a fully remote role but will be east coast hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls related to medical information requests in a professional and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate, balanced, and non-promotional information using approved resources and standard response documents
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the appropriate systems
- Escalate adverse events, product complaints, and urgent medical inquiries according to established procedures
- Support healthcare providers, patients, caregivers, and internal partners with product-related information
- Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, quality, and customer support
- Meet performance metrics related to call quality, productivity, and service levels
Qualifications:
- Previous call center, healthcare support, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Comfortable working with databases, call tracking systems, and documentation tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Healthcare, life sciences, or medical terminology background is a plus
