Job Description

Posted on: September 25, 2026

We are looking for someone who is already thinking about what comes next...

Before the client asks, you have a recommendation.

Before the meeting ends, you have scheduled the task.

You have the idea, make the case and feel the itch to get it moving.

If that sounds familiar, keep reading.

Who We Are

Kuubiik Studio is a marketing agency working with ambitious Singapore businesses, from founder-led companies to regional marketing teams across finance, e-commerce, education and more. Our clients are usually challenger brands: they want to compete with the biggest names and need a partner who thinks like part of their business, not a vendor waiting for instructions.

Our clients have historically stayed with us for years, not months. That's because we don't just deliver what's asked. We tell clients what will actually move their business, even when it's not what they expected to hear.

Timezone: SGT

Role Type: Full-time, Remote

Monthly Salary: USD 3,000 - 4,200

The role

You will be the main point of contact and trusted marketing adviser for a portfolio of client accounts.

You will learn each client’s business, spot what is holding them back and form a view on what should happen next. Then you will make the case, turn it into a plan and keep it moving until it produces a result.

Your job is to leave every account better than you found it.

Your day-to-day

  • Learn the business behind the brief. Know what the client sells, who buys it, why they choose it and where the money comes from.
  • Spot what nobody is talking about yet. The landing page that does not convert. The content that gets attention but no leads. The opportunity hiding between two workstreams.
  • Question why before saying yes. Challenge the brief, recommend a better answer and make the case for work beyond the current scope when it is needed.
  • Turn ideas into motion. Translate conversations into decisions, briefs, tasks, owners and deadlines. Give our SEO, paid media, content, design, video and copywriting specialists enough context to do excellent work without guessing.
  • Keep the account moving. Follow up before work becomes late, including with clients, colleagues and people more senior than you. Keep an eye on the hours, the budget and all the small dependencies waiting to become large problems.
  • Work out what happens next. Look honestly at the quality and results, especially when something did not work. Decide what to change, what to stop and what the client has not thought to ask for yet.

You will probably enjoy working with us if you…

  • Want to understand why something worked, why the reporting is skewed and what everyone else missed.
  • Know at least one client’s hex code by heart and notice when it is off.
  • Can work without a perfect process and improve it as you go.
  • Enter unfamiliar categories with curiosity and form a useful point of view quickly.
  • Close loops, so nobody else needs to remember what you said you would do.
  • Know when to act, when to question and how to push without leaving dents.

The boring but foundational requirements

  • 3+ years owning client work in an agency or marketing team.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in any field.
  • Broad fluency across digital, social, content, paid media, SEO and conversion. You do not need to be the specialist, but you should understand the work well enough to question a recommendation and judge whether it solves the business problem.
  • Experience leading cross-functional marketing projects, with a firm grip on scope, hours, budgets, timelines, dependencies and quality.
  • Confidence managing through influence, including following up with clients, specialists and senior stakeholders who do not report to you.
  • Strong written and spoken English that earns client confidence.
  • Availability during Singapore business hours.

Your CV does not need to be tidy

  • We like side projects, failed ventures and unexpected career detours. We like people who have had to figure things out before a process existed.
  • What matters is that you can think on your feet, make a sensible call with incomplete information and change direction when the evidence changes.

To apply

Skip the cover letter.

In no more than 300 words, choose a brand or business whose marketing is underperforming. Tell us:

  1. What you think the real problem is
  2. What evidence led you there
  3. The first three actions you would take
  4. What you would expect to change

Be specific. We are less interested in whether we agree with your answer than in whether you noticed something worth acting on.
