About Koalaris
Koalaris is cloud software for test and tag businesses. Techs record tests on site, work offline, take photos, and send compliance reports and invoices from the same app. I built it for Australian and NZ operators, and we are growing.
The role
We are hiring a Junior Virtual Assistant to support the founder with day-to-day admin, customer messages and marketing tasks. This is an entry-level, paid, fully remote, part-time role. Training is provided.
What you will do
- Reply to customer questions in the support inbox and website chat, passing anything technical to the founder
- Keep customer, lead and outreach lists up to date in spreadsheets
- Schedule and publish social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook) from a content calendar
- Submit and update business directory listings
- Enter and tidy data (customer details, asset lists) when new customers sign up
- Book demos and send trial follow-up emails from approved templates
- Prepare a simple weekly report (signups, replies, posts published)
What we are looking for
- Clear written English and a polite, professional tone
- Organised, reliable and comfortable following a checklist
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and quick to learn new tools
- Based in Australia, with your own laptop and internet
- No test and tag experience needed. Admin or customer support experience is a plus.
