For a duration of 6 months (with the potential to be extended) we are looking for a French speaking Chat Operator living in Poland who will be part of our international marketing department. The goal is to support our clients by being the first point of contact via our chat system on our website. Join us!What are your responsibilities?

• To be in direct communication with our customers via our website chat
• Support customer inquiries by being the first point of contact
• Verification and correct entry of customer data into our CRM database

What do we need?

• Living in Poland
• High level of accuracy and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word
• Strong written and verbal skills in French (level C1 or higher) and English (business proficiency)
• Team-oriented to collaborate within an international marketing team
• Willingness to commit to a 6-month project (potential to be extended)
