Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales handoff, and driving high customer satisfaction. Key duties include providing support, crafting and communicating solutions, delivering training sessions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely fashion. The role demands an analytical approach to problem-solving and continual improvement of onboarding procedures.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of recent experience in a client-facing role at a software company
- Customer Success, Sales, or Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication and Account Management abilities
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in onboarding or account management roles is preferred
- Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and how to use them in a client-facing role
- Legal industry or law firm experience is a necessity
