We are seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a 100% remote position within the Greek territory. In this role, you will represent leading international brands, providing direct assistance to Italian consumers via phone, live chat, and email. Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Customer Care: Assist Italian-speaking customers with order tracking, product inquiries, billing questions, and subscription updates.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate customer concerns, process replacements or refunds, and deliver effective first-contact resolution with professional empathy.
- Technical Guidance: Guide users step-by-step through platform navigation, account recovery, and basic product troubleshooting.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain an approachable, helpful, and high-quality tone that aligns with brand standards.
- CRM Management: Accurately update customer records, resolution steps, and service tickets using enterprise support software.
- Language: Native or C2-level Italian and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).
- Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
- Home Office: A quiet, private workspace with a stable high-speed internet connection (full corporate PC hardware, headset, and monitors will be provided and shipped directly to your door).
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong active listening, and comfort navigating multi-screen digital tools.
