Responsibilities
• Respond to technical support requests through chat, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot account access, software, device, and network-connectivity issues
• Guide users through clear, step-by-step solutions
• Provision and maintain user accounts, permissions, and common business tools
• Document incidents, resolutions, and reusable troubleshooting instructions
• Escalate complex issues with complete diagnostic information
• Help improve onboarding, access-management, and support processes
Qualification
Required
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
• Strong problem-solving, customer-service, and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to nontechnical users
• Organized approach to documenting and tracking support requests
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Preferred
• Degree, diploma, certification, or coursework in IT or a related field
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365
• Experience with ticketing systems, identity tools, or remote support software
• CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or a similar entry-level certification
